No. Vocabu builds your vocabulary — the half of language learning that courses, tutors and apps leave to you. Use it alongside whatever else you do.
Will I learn the words for sure?
That depends on you — memory always does. Vocabu gives you a science-based tool and reminds you at the right moments; the work is yours.
What languages can I learn?
